On the day of your inspection is it strongly recommended that you be present from start to finish. This will allow you to ask questions and take note of any areas requiring special attention.

During the inspection, an inspector will cover each area of the home, observing visually, possibly taking pictures and writing down information that will be compiled in a detailed report. This report will become available to you and your lawyers, in most cases, one day after the inspection.
